Community

Each and every day we set out to open up a world of opportunity, helping create a better future for our customers, our colleagues, our communities and the planet we all share.

HSBC UK is committed to helping people build their financial health, championing inclusion and diversity within our business and across the UK, and play our part in the UK’s transition to a net zero carbon economy.

Financial Health

Financial literacy is a critical life skill. We want to help people of all ages develop the financial capabilities they need to thrive for a lifetime.

HSBC UK works with hundreds of schools and organisations across the UK to support financial literacy and help young people build financial confidence for a changing world. Visit our Financial Education Hub to learn more and access our full range of learning resources for young people ages 3 to 25.

Sustainability

We have a responsibility to our customers, employees and the communities in which we operate and understand that to achieve success in the long term, economic growth must also be sustainable.

We have an ambitious plan to support the UK’s transition to net zero. Our climate strategy has three elements: transform HSBC into a net zero bank by 2030 or sooner, support our customers’ transition to net zero, and help unlock climate solutions and innovation.
